此更新更新了微软Windows CE .NET 4.1中的"二进制镜像许可证" 特性。在Platform Builder中运行时要求允许在2004年1月所购买许可证的产品序列号鉴定认证(COA) 。请注意: 仅在您使用Windows CE .NET 4.1时下载此更新，并请注意您的许可证是在2004年1月以后从售权经销商或代理商处购买。如果您在使用Windows CE .NET 4.0或4.2 Platform Builder则无需也不能安装此更新。
